The Pre-A round is led by ideal cars, followed by investors such as Stone Technology and New Beike Chuang Fund. The round of financing will be used for smart housing product research and development, digital design system development and national delivery infrastructure layout.

It is estimated that by 2025, the overall size of China's home decoration market will reach about 5 trillion yuan. Among them, L32 (for 3 dwellings and 2 bathrooms) is the first product for home users to decorate based on the above five dimensions.

In addition, as a technology company, the habitat has developed a Habit@ iVD (intelligent Virtual Design) digital twin design system, which allows users to roam the digital home in the virtual world, thus exploring aesthetic design and spatial layout, and being able to understand covert projects such as hydropower, confirm the quotation table and schedule of all decoration materials, and fully control the environmental protection of the new home.

It is reported that Shen Yanan, as a co-founder and president, has led the ideal car from zero to a successful IPO, and he himself has a very strong ability to integrate the supply chain. Most of the other core teams of the habitat come from top universities such as Harvard, Tsinghua University, Peking University and Cornell University, spanning high-end intelligent manufacturing, Internet, real estate and other fields, and international design masters lead the design team.
